What do you need to keep Poultry or a small Pet?
Safe Secure Housing
We make an expanding range of poultry and pet housing, from our economical SAVE-A-LOT range to bespoke ( hand made by us using quality pressure treated timber), Quality at affordable prices!
Bedding
To avoid respiratory problems we prefer dust extracted bedding which is double dusted chopped straw and wood shavings with the added bonus of Eucalyptus . It is excellent inexpensive, absorbent and hygienic bedding. So good we use it on farm ourselves.
Quality Fresh Food and Clean Water
This is essential for all living things.
Our hens are fed on a balanced premium ration of layers crumb with added oyster shell (essential for bird health and egg quality). Available in 10kg and 20kg bags for customers convenience.
Looking for a Pet?
We think that laying hens are the ultimate productive pet. They can be cared for and enjoyed by the whole family and in return for safe housing, good food and water, they will give you a regular supply of delicious fresh quality eggs. What a way to save on “food miles”.
We have birds available all year round from 17 weeks of age onwards. A hybrid of the warren – beautiful brown birds, (lovely shades of light to dark brown), wonderful docile nature and most importantly prolific egg layers. They are fully vaccinated against all common poultry illnesses including Mareks, Coccidiosis and Salmonella. As free range hens, they are able to roam the fields from early morning until dusk on our family farm in the heart of Herefordshire.

Garden Poultry – Why not have a few hens to enhance your life! Poultry manure makes excellent fertiliser. Warrens are often referred to as Productive Pets!!
Garden Raised Bed – We now stock a range of raised vegetable/flower beds. These are ideal for experienced or novice gardeners – they take up little room, can be placed on patio or limited garden areas and best of all no more backache!
Opening Times
We are a working family farm and look after various livestock. Therefore our Farm Office & Shop is only open Wednesday to Saturday 9am till 4.30pm. Outside these hours by appointment only.
